Today is the end of Ramadan, and we (Muslims) around the world will be celebrating Eid, hopefully with joy and happiness. However, we feel sad when there are people and the church members somewhere in Florida (USA) had planning such an inappropriate event - burn a Quran day, in conjunction with Sept 11 incident.
For God sake, how could you do that? Will you satisfy if you burns all the Quran and hurt all Muslims' feeling?? I don't think so. This act (burn a Quran day) will only strengthen every Muslims' hearts and keep our faith stronger no matter what. You may burns ours...but, you cannot poisoning our minds and shaken our faiths. I believe every cloud has a silver lining. Once you burns the Quran, more people will be attracted to discover and study about it and Islam.
Quran is not just an ordinary book, and remains relevant until the Judgment Day. We have been taught since toddlers, we have learn, and practicing it in our lifestyle. Some of us will continuously memorize it (huffaz) so that all the contents inside will be secured from any changes.
We also appreciate that most people around the world for being sensitive and against the event. Even Jolie condemns the plan and knows how to respect others' religions. May peace be upon you...
Oh Muslims, please be calm and have faith that Allah will be always keep His promise. If they burn the Quran on that day (Sept 11), million copy will be print out and distributed around the world. Peace....
